Let’s Talk About Women-Owned Businesses in Prince George’s County – May 14

Dear Friend,

Please join me on Wednesday, May 14th from 11:30am – 1pm at Residence Inn by Marriott, 1330 Caraway Ct., Largo, MD 20774, for a Women-Owned Business Roundtable.  One of the most important parts of my service as a Council Member and my Jobs First Campaign for County Council At-Large is to dramatically increase opportunities for women-owned businesses in Prince George’s County.  Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are the backbone of our County’s economy and are critical to creating jobs and legacy wealth in our communities. Women-owned businesses face unique challenges and we must identify ways to support female entrepreneurs in Prince George’s County.

Join us on May 14th as special guest and radio personality, Michel Wright, facilitates a discussion on the opportunities and challenges facing women business owners.  Share your ideas and experiences so that, together, we can create more economic opportunity and investment in the people of Prince George’s County. Please RSVP below.

Mel Franklin, Councilman
